This is where Grandma's family went grocery shopping.  She would stop by here on her way home and buy chocolate chips on her parents' store account (an old-fashioned kind of credit card). When her dad came home from working on the range, he would munch on the chocolate chip cookies. The store was owned by Dan Frost, who was Great Grandpa Fred E Heaton's friend.
