Grandma and Grandpa lived here during the summers of 1967 and 1968 when Grandpa had a break from BYU and worked for the BLM during the summers.  The houses belonged to Grandma's Uncle Orville's family. The house at 363 N 300 W, was called Grandma Maude's house. The house at 345 N 300 W was Verda's house. On one occasion, while staying at Verda's house Grandma Slade felt like an intruder was trying to get in the house. The front door was open for ventilation because there was no AC, so Grandma crawled around on the floor trying to close the door and get to the phone to call for help.  Lisa also "baked" cookies here -- getting flour all over the kitchen.
